Building Cats?

This was the recent headline on a news app on my iPhone. Cat plant? Building cats? And this activity is going to bring jobs to the area?

I thought cats kind of “built” themselves; a boy cat and a girl cat. Kitties!

Anyway, reading the news blurb revealed the plan to have a Caterpillar parts distribution warehouse.

Bummer. A cat plant was much more interesting.
